一、热变形、维卡软化点温度测定仪产 品 详 细 介 绍:
  主要用于高分子材料(如塑料、橡胶、尼龙、电绝缘材料等)的热变形及维卡软化点温度的测定。适用于大专院校,科研单位及产品质量监督检验单位。该机采用具有Windows 98、Windows2000或WindowsXP中文操作界面,配控制软件,在试验过程中,可以时实监控试验温度、试验变形量的曲线走向,并动态地时实绘制温度、变形量的曲线,实现历史存盘,打印试验报告,以便今后随时查询以前的试验数据,进行各种实验数据的对比研究,是一种智能化极高的测试仪器,当用鼠标点击形变——温度曲线的任何一处时,界面会自动显示该处的变形量及温度值。
  热变形、维卡软化点温度测定仪为立式柜结构,恒温介质箱内采用45o双螺旋自动搅拌系统,油箱具有特殊结构,温度均匀性好,精度保持±0.1℃。并采用先进的可控硅控制温度,位移传感器具有精调、微调双调整方式,具有急停开关,后控制面版为带锁的门式结构,机器检修、维修方便,升降系统为一体机型,减少噪音。故此,介质的温度梯度小,恒温均匀,当试验温度达到上限设定温度时自动停止加热,试验架具有自动升降功能,操作简单,在同类机型中具有优良的性能价格比。

三、维卡(VST)定仪:

      把试样放在液体介质或加热箱中,在等速升温条件下测定标准压针在(50±1)N力的作用下,压入从管材或管件上切取的试样内1mm时的温度。

  标准试样以平放(优选)或侧立方式承受三点弯曲恒定负荷,使其产生GB/T 1634相关部分规定的其中一种弯曲应力,在匀速升温条件下,测量达到与规定的弯曲应变增量相对应的标准挠度时的温度。
侧立:分“平放”与“侧立”两种,并明确指出,优选平放方式,侧立方式仅是备选,并将被撤销。
跨度:支座与试样两条接触线之间距离,由一种(100mm)改为两种64mm(平放)和100mm(侧立),并规定了容差要求即跨度L应为(100±1)mm,跨度L为(64±1)mm。
负荷变形温度的三种方法
A法:1.80Mpa弯曲应力
B法:0.45MPa弯曲应力
C法:8.00MPa弯曲应力

Vika (VST) tester: Put the sample in liquid medium or heating box, and measure the temperature of standard pressure needle under the action of (50 + 1) N force under the condition of constant temperature rise, when it is pressed into the sample cut from the pipe or fittings for 1 mm.

Standard specimens are subjected to constant load of three-point bending in a flat (preferred) or side-cubic manner, which results in one of the bending stresses specified in the relevant parts of GB/T 1634. Under uniform heating conditions, the temperature at which the standard deflection corresponding to the specified bending strain increment is measured.

Side-up: There are two kinds of "flat" and "side-up", and it is clearly pointed out that the side-cube is only an alternative and will be cancelled.

Span: The distance between the two contact lines of the bearing and the specimen is changed from one (100 mm) to two (64 mm) and 100 mm (lateral). The tolerance requirement is that the span L should be (100 + 1) mm and the span L should be (64 + 1) mm.
